Combining the body de-armouring techniques of Carl Jung’s errant protege, Willhelm Reich, and the Western Magical adept, Israel Regardie, along with specific tantric and yogic breathwork, strongly awakens the subtle psychic centres (the ‘chakras’) and leads, in a single session, to the awakening of the Kundalini- the evolutionary energy lying dormant in the lower centres....this breathwork and body movement practice is one of the most powerful practices I’ve come across in over thirty years of exploration....
For 1 and a 1/4 hour, whilst listening to powerful tantric mantras, connected with the Goddess Kali and the Ten Wisdom Goddesses, the MahaVidyas, we will combine powerful rhythmic breathwork, (similar but slightly different to Stan Grof’s holotropic system), with some subtle and not so subtle body movements specifically designed to unlock the places of deepest tension within the various physical, energetic and etheric bodies, that prevent the free flow of Qi, prana, etc- the living life force itself- the jaws, behind the eyes, the root of the throat and misalignment of the atlas and axis bone at the top of the spine, the inner Kua, (adductors, abductors, pelvic floor, tailbone) etc, to strongly stimulate the release of Prana and Kundalini energy, leading to spontaneous body movements (kriyas), mudras, and even spontaneous mantra, connected with the evolutionary energy of the Goddess Maha Shakti herself, as She moves through the system purifying, healing and Evolving us.
We then settle into the deepest levels of relaxation and one pointed concentration (samadhi) with extreme ease for 30 minutes, absorbing the infinite grace, power and wisdom of the universe.
About the Instructor: Paul Diamond was lead instructor at the world famous ITM massage school from 2000-2003. He trained with many of the old Thai masters whilst they were still around, including Master Chayut, Master Pichet (still teaching), Master Poo, Master Chongkol Setthakorn, and others. He is also a fully trained acupuncturist, yoga instructor, Qi gong teacher, and full time shaman in a number of disciplines. This is the first training of this kind to be offered by Paul and will be a very special opportunity to dive deep into a powerful healing modality together.
