Please know we are always here for you to help with integration.
Change can be hard, but it's all we have. Be gentle with yourself, and reach out to us anytime you have a question.
It can be challenging as things that hold lesser meaning to us drop away. We need to remember though, that we need to easily let go in order to be born to something new. Shedding skins is always tough, especially if we haven't crystallized the vision we wish to become. It is important to be very clear in your definition of that which you wish to become – to make it clear, big and bright so that we can swim easily towards it.
Daily practices will be helpful, and we recommend finding a practice you will keep up with regularly. This can be anything from the Microcosmic Orbit from the Taoist tradition, Qi Gong, Yoga, Metta meditation or any practice that brings you joy and into the present.
Remember, be easy with change and rest in that which is eternal, your Omnipresent Self.

on AYAHUASCA
An excellent analysis which shows the wide variety of potential ayahuasca experience. It shows conclusively that mystical experience, as engendered by Ayahuasca, is not a singular experience, but has many flavors, varieties and tastes.
A thorough examination of Ayahuasca use in various traditional and non-traditional settings. Beyer is worth listening to as he has drunk a LOT of medicine with some old timers.
I don’t buy his theories completely, but he offers a useful model that helps to integrate a shamanic and scientific world view.
Metzner is always interesting. Coming out of the Holy Trinity of Leary, Alpert, Metzner, each went in their own direction. Metzner chose the shamanic route and this sourcebook contains a lot of basic, but useful info in the Vine and its effects.
