Daily practices
The Microcosmic Orbit practice will help to open and engage all the subtle centers and the two major energetic highways. Start and finish at the Dan Tian, the navel point. Itch, scratch and rub each point (listed on the diagram) until you FEEL it, then use the residual sensation to orientate the mind, awareness and breath to the point. Feel the breath in and out of each point, always beginning and ending at the navel. Make sure you keep the tip of the tongue touching the roof of your mouth, where you say the “L” in the word “love” to keep a firm link between the front and back channels. Repeat up to 45 minutes, once or twice a day.
