Here we will explore, in depth, the practices of Phõwa- the Method of Exiting through the Crown, at death.

We will also explore, through teachings and guided meditations, the Bārdo- The Intermediate Realms between death, and subsequent Rebirth

Prerequisite: Buddhism 2- The Diamond Path of Vajrayana
